Stretching
Before doing any routines, stretching of the arms and legs must be done first. This will help in preventing any further injury and pain. Also try stretching the ankles ad heels. Move the ankles upward then downward and repeat this 10 times. Next, bend and straighten the knee for 10 times.
Squats
Do the basic squats with your back on the wall. Place your feet 12 inches (or one foot) away from the wall. Bend both knees with abdominal muscles tightened. Maintain this position for several seconds. Return to your first position slowly. Repeat this routine for 10 15 times.
Sitting on Gym Ball
One of the effective tools than any exercise routines is using the gym ball. It is also an effective aid for lower back pain. Use the ball by sitting on with your feet resting on the floor and the knees forming a 90-degree angle. Raise your arm overhead, with your left and right arms alternating. Do the same with your foot. Repeat this routine 10 times.
Aerobics
Aerobics can help you ease the back pain you are experiencing. This improves our muscular endurance and the density of the bones that keeps back pains at bay. Aerobics is one of the most enjoyable workouts as it involves rhythmic activities. It does not only help you ease back pain but also relieves your stress and induces long sleep.
Do these exercises regularly, 20 to 30 minutes a day to achieve optimal results. You can also do these exercises to prevent having back pains. Always remember that it takes discipline to achieve a healthy lifestyle.
